4 sheets of rice paper
50 g Craisins® dried cranberries
1 cooked chicken fillet
50 g rocket
Oil and balsamic vinegar
Cut the chicken into strips. Season the rocket. Soak the rice paper for 3 to 4 minutes in cold water.
Place a sheet of rice paper on a clean cloth. Put a little bit of rocket, some Craisins® dried cranberries and 2 strips of chicken on the bottom half of the sheet of rice paper. Roll up like a spring roll. Serve cold.
