125 g dark chocolate
125 g butter
125 g sugar
4 tablespoons flour
80 g Craisins® dried cranberries
50 g pine nuts
Preheat the oven to 200°C (gas mark 6/7).
Melt the chocolate with the butter.
Separate the eggs.
In a bowl, mix together the sugar, egg yolks and flour. Add the chocolate mixture.
Season the egg whites with salt and beat until stiff.
Gently fold the egg whites, Craisins® dried cranberries and pine nuts into the chocolate mixture.
Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan and bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
Allow to cool before cutting the brownies into little rectangles
