½ litre of milk
50 g short-grain white rice
3 tablespoons sugar
1 sachet vanilla sugar
80 g Craisins® dried cranberries
Bring the milk to the boil with the sugar and vanilla sugar
When the milk is boiling, sprinkle in the rice and lower the heat to a simmer. Allow it to simmer while stirring.
When the rice is visible on the surface of the milk, turn off the heat and allow to cool.
Add the Craisins® dried cranberries.
