1 shortcrust pastry case
125 g Craisins® dried cranberries
225 g brie cut into pieces
5 eggs
125 ml crème fraîche
45 ml chopped chives
1. Beat the eggs, crème fraîche and chives together in a bowl and season.
2. Arrange the dried cranberries and brie at the bottom of the shortcrust pastry case and pour the egg mixture on top.
3. Cook in the oven for 30 minutes.
