100 g Craisins® dried cranberries
300 ml Ocean Spray Cranberry Classic® juice
150 g fresh (or frozen) raspberries
1 small, ripe banana
150 g yoghurt
200 ml milk
1. Put the dried cranberries and cranberry juice into a saucepan and heat for 4–5 minutes without covering. Cover and leave overnight in the fridge.
2. Pass the raspberries through a fine sieve. Peel the banana and cut into pieces. Put the cranberries and their liquid, the banana, raspberry purée, yoghurt and milk into a blender and blend on maximum power. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
